Tallit Clips

Numbered in Paleo-Hebrew, the ancient alphabet that would have appeared on the Stone Tablets, these tallit clips are true to Scripture. Moses (Moshe) was commanded to hand hew the tablets himself from the side of the mountain to replace the ones given by Yahweh that Moses threw down. That is why each side must be irregular. The type of Hebrew usually seen on tallit clips came into existence about 1000 years after the giving of the Two Stone Tablets on Mount Sinai. The surface has been lightly sandblasted to give the look of rough hewn tablets of granite. The tallit clip tablets are of highest quality argentium sterling silver.

Where Did You Get the Idea for the Two Stone Tablets?

The re-created Two Stone Tablets project exists because we are of the firm conviction that the Elohim (God) of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob has called us to re-create the Two Stone Tablets with the western world’s first authentic replica since the time they were carried off Mount Sinai by Moses (Moshe) some 3500 years ago.

What Do The Two Stone Tablets Look Like?

The re-created Tablets are rough-hewn, just as were the ones written on by the Finger of YHWH. The granite Tablets are about sixteen inches (40cm) wide, about nineteen inches (47.5cm) high, and about two inches (4.7cm) thick. Their coloration is red-brown, with scattered dark splotching as a result of iron oxidation, virtually identical to the color of the granite of the mountain chain where we believe Mount Sinai was located. The Tablets are displayed on a specially designed table with two lazy susans that allow the Tablets to turn freely front to back.

Why Should My Congregation Acquire the Two Stone Tablets?

They are written in the same type of writing (Phoenician Paleo-Hebrew) as was written by the Finger of Elohim—according to Scripture. They contain His own Testimony in His own words as to His Name (Yahweh) and Who He Is—our Eloh (Mighty One); as well as His commandments regarding how we are to live our lives. And when we take His Testimony on its own terms in the original language we will experience a paradigm shift—a shift toward What and Who He is actually is and away from who we want Him to be so that He fits comfortably into our own paradigm.
